Ms. Kayleigh NavarroKayleigh Navarra began her teaching career in Jacksonville, North Carolina as a third-grade teacher before returning home to Long Island, N.Y., to join the Bay Shore School District. She taught grades 3–5 at Gardiner Manor School before transitioning to Mary G. Clarkson School in 2022, where she served as the STEAM Instructional Specialist.

Ms. Navarra holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Childhood Education from SUNY College at Old Westbury and a Master’s of Education in Learning and Emerging Technologies from Empire State University. She also earned a Certificate of Advanced Study in School Building Leadership and School District Leadership at Molloy University.

Ms. Navarra brings a deep passion for innovation and a heartfelt commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive environment where students, staff, and families can thrive. She believes in the power of encouragement, creativity, and connection to inspire learning and growth. She looks forward to building meaningful relationships and helping each child reach their fullest potential.
