Mr. Mark Lane
Mark Lane began his career in the district in 2016, teaching 7th Grade U.S. History at the middle school. In 2017, he moved to the high school, where he taught a range of courses including 10th Grade Global History, 11th Grade U.S. History, 11th Grade IB History of the Americas, and 12th Grade Economics. From 2021 to 2025, he served as a Digital Learning Specialist, supporting technology integration and instructional innovation across grades 6–12. Mark holds both his undergraduate degree in Social Studies and his graduate degree in Special Education from St. Joseph’s University in Patchogue, NY. He also coached middle and high school boys volleyball for four years in the district.
