In 2004, Erin Lentini began her teaching career in Bay Shore at South Country School, where she first served as a reading teacher before moving into a third-grade classroom. In 2015, she brought her passion for early childhood education to Fifth Avenue Elementary School, where she taught kindergarten. Most recently, Mrs. Lentini has proudly served as the assistant principal at both Brook Avenue and Mary G. Clarkson Schools.
Mrs. Lentini earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary and Special Education and a Master of Education in Literacy from Providence College. She also holds Certificates of Advanced Study in School Building and District Leadership from The College of Saint Rose.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Lentini has been dedicated to building a school community where strong relationships, open communication, and a shared commitment to excellence in education are at the heart of everything she does. She values teamwork and believes that collaboration with staff, students, and families is essential to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
