Ms. Maddalena Padilla has worked in the district since 2001, serving in the roles of Social Studies Teacher, Assistant Principal of Gardiner Manor, Assistant Director of ENL, World Language and Dual Language and, the Director of Social Studies K-12. Ms. Padilla has been in education for more than twenty-five years and was appointed as Principal of Gardiner Manor Elementary school in July, 2025. Ms. Padilla earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hofstra University and her Master of Science in Education - TESOL from Queens College. She also holds an Advanced Certificate in Educational Leadership from the College of St. Rose.
